 <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8216;Magic and Miracle: <em>Sir Gawain and the Green Knight<\/em> and <em>Pearl<\/em>&#8216;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8216;Images of Early Medieval England in Romance and Hagiography&#8217; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8216;Space and the Environment in Medieval Literature&#8217;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since 2020, she has also co-taught a 1st-year BA lecture course, &#8216;Earlier Englishes&#8217;, at the University of Bern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She has supervised and co-supervised various Masters m\u00e9moire theses at Lausanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She taught Middle English literature extensively at the University of Warwick (1996-2016), also at the International University of Venice (2020, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Doctoral Supervision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Christiania is currently co-supervising doctoral projects on &#8216;Robert of Knaresborough and the English Trinitarians&#8217;, and on &#8216;Mental Unity in the Writings of the <em>Cloud<\/em>-author, Marguerite Por\u00eate and Walter Hilton&#8217;, in the English Department at the University of Lausanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She is co-supervising a doctoral project on &#8216;Discernment in the Textual Corpus of the <em>Cloud<\/em>-Author&#8217; at the University of Padua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While at Warwick, Christiania successfully supervised doctoral projects on the poetry of Guillaume Machaut (2010); &#8216;Animals Soundscapes in Anglo-Norman Texts&#8217;
