1. Monte Boglia (1516m)

The Lugano classic.

Route: Lugano Cassarate – Brè sopra Lugano – Sasso Rosso – Monte Boglia – Pian di Scagn – Alpe Bolla – Brè sopra Lugano – Lugano Cassarate

Distance: around 22km (1300m up)

2. Weissfluh (2843m)

An alternative to the magic mountain.

Route: Gotschnagrat – Casanna – Parsennfurgga – Weissfluhjoch – Weissfluh – Weissfluhjoch – Strelapass – Schatzalp – Davos

3. Le Moléson (2002m) and Teysachaux (1909m)

A traverse in the Préalpes.

Route: Moléson-sur-Gruyère – Le Moléson – Belles Rayes – Teysachaux – Les Paccots – Châtel-St-Denis

Distance: 18.5km (1100m up, 1400m down)

4. Rochers de Naye (2042m)

Above Montreux.

Route: Montreux – Haut-de-Caux – Rochers de Naye – Col de Chaude – Villeneuve

5. Wispile-Lauenensee-Tungelpass-Wasserngrat

A long but beautiful run above Gstaad.

Route: Wispile – Chrine – Louwenesee – Alp Stierentungel – Tungelpass – Stüblenipass – Trürlisbergpass – Turnelssattel – Wasserngrat

Distance: 26 km (1400m up, 1400m down)

6. Pas de Lovenex (1850m)

A classic, with a view back to Vevey on the other side of the lake.
