The OSPS organises the second workshop of the Swiss network of research on higher education and science
Research on Higher Education and science has become a hot topic both scientifically and politically, with a large range of disciplines involved (Sociology, Political Sciences, Pedagogy, Education sciences, etc.) and numerous research analysing university governance, the academic profession, the role of science in society, etc. It makes it quite difficult to obtain a general overview of the research field. The purpose of this workshop is to bring together researchers working on these themes in the various HEI’s, administrative and scientific organisations in Switzerland to produce a state of the art of ongoing research in Switzerland.
